Given that it was easily one of the most anticipated game launches in recent years, it's no surprise to see it amassing players so quickly, but it is great to find out that it's just as amazing as we'd hoped it would be. Starfield garnered a positive reception all round, with a Metacritic score 86 out of 100 on Xbox Series X, at time of writing. We had a lot of good things to say in our own Starfield review, so check that out too.There's no shortage of things to do in the starfield, but naturally everyone is already trying to see what else they can get away with: shoving 20,000 potatoes onto their ship, for instance, or else creating mods for Phil Spencer and Todd Howard flashlights.
