You get access to outfits after your first death and return to Odin's Camp. All extra outfits are locked until you earn them by meeting the outfit's requirement.
The Draugr's Toll outfit is earned by defeating the slave master Marrow in Nidheim.Posted by
TenrethStick to the right (west), there is a bridge towards the vendor. A dwarf talks to you at the end. Climb the mountain, kill the enemies, confirm the kill. Done. :)
video by Gaming With Abyss on YouTubeOnce you do unlock it, you can equip it at the outfit area of your camp. Outfit Upgrades include:
*** Spoiler - click to reveal ***Wolf Warrior (already upgraded) - Fight with increasing fury as death draws near. Your damage increases the lower your health.
Missile Reversal - Send it right back at em. Catch and throw back virtually any projectile to its sender by pressing LB just before it hits you.
Sprint Attack - Press RB while sprinting to do a sprint attack.
Battleground Bolt - Press Y to pick up the nearest discarded weapon and automatically throw it at an enemy in sight.
Terror - After a Stun finisher, weak enemies nearby may cower in fear
Then you can go about making your attempt to defeat Hel with the Draugr's Toll outfit equipped.
This outfit has a crappy effect that reduces your healing by 50% so be mindful of that. But it also lets you earn 25% more Coins and Memories. Valuable comments/info below videos.

TenrethGood idea is to start the run with more elk shrines and marked positions. You can buy both perks from the vendor in your camp. Only real difficult part should be the dragon.
As I mentioned in a comment for the no healing run for the dragon: abuse the save-system. If shit hits the fan, before you die or you want to retry: pause the game, dashboard, quit and continue.

HolyHalfDeadI would think there are two ways to use saves.
1. Quit to main menu. I see no benefit in quitting to dashboard.
2. Load a previous save. Of course you need to backup your previous save to do this.
There is one other possibility. Pause and delete your local save. This will quit the game and load your cloud save. This works for games that sync your local save to the cloud when you dashboard.
The permanent perk you get from fighting 3 times in the cave in the first area is a great help too: once per run it can revive you.
In the fourth area, hit the enemies weakspot with a bow and you should be able to onehit or assassinate them. Makes it possible to complete almost the whole area without an open fight.

I recommend a legendary Gugnir and a legendary Predator bow with fully upgraded incendiary powder trap. The range of the Gugnir wrecks everything and coupled with the powder trap you can kill Hel in about a minute. What sucks is there are no healing spots anywhere between the beginning and end of the fourth stage but if you seek out as many health upgrades as possible you’ll have more than enough health to spare

There's a spot towards the end of the fourth area where you can drink a cup, and if it's the right one, it'll heal you. The other two are poison. They stay the same until you beat Hel. Then they change. This is for every run in every area. I can confirm they stay the same for every area in every run because I tried it.
